if you're asian like me, you don't move anywhere without a rice cooker, but an oven is less portable.  and so you learn how to make everything from a rice cooker...including bread!

i made this pattern back in 2007 and did not predict how popular it would become!  since then i've knitted numerous domos on request, and as of now i am declaring "no more domos!".  if you would like to make your own domo for personal use, i am offering up my chicken scratch pattern notes: page 1 and page 2.  and as always, i'd love to see your finished domos -- it makes me happy knowing that domos are being reproduced around the world ;)  you can see more of the domo family here.
