About Halifax Paper Hearts
Halifax Paper Hearts™ started in 2015 with one self-taught designer, Stefanie MacDonald, creating cards & selling them at the local farmer's market. Five years (and a lot of hard work) later, Paper Hearts™ now works with over 265 retail partners across the country, including a key partnership with Sobeys.
We are thrilled to work with Paper Hearts to bring a collection of our greeting cards into Sobeys grocery stores!
