MODERN MACRAME WORKSHOP

Macrame with a modern spin! Create your own beautiful macrame plant hanger and bring texture and life to your space. This unique plant hanger, designed by Natalie Ranae, sits flat against the wall and is the perfect addition to your home. In this workshop you will learn basic knots and techniques to create this macrame plant hanger that is approx. 7” x 30”, made from a three-strand natural cotton rope, and a choice between a found branch or a straight wooden dowel for your plant hanger. All of the supplies you need are provided, including a comprehensive booklet and a potted plant (type of plant and pot will vary).

For Beginners; no experience necessary.

More about the instructor

Natalie Ranae is a self-taught macramé artist who made her first plant hanger and didn’t look back. She fell in love with the craft and made a career from it, teaching workshops all over Ontario, selling original designs on her website, and creating large-scale custom orders for clients. Natalie is an internationally published author, and her book "Macrame at Home" includes 20+ macrame projects for beginners and beyond.
