Gotamago is a family-owned, retail and wholesale micro-business, operating out of our studio-shop in Toronto, Canada. We are an inclusive company that puts people instead of profit first. We have a ton of fun, drink lots of coffee and tea, and enjoy geeking out over washi tapes and fountain pens. We have three part-time employees, one studio dog, one boss 3yo and one boss baby.
We are currently looking for a part-time website & design assistant to join our team. Our online retail side of the business has expanded drastically, and we need someone to help us maintain the website. This is a remote position, but you will be expected to come into the studio from time to time (1x per month or so) to take product photos, touch base with the team, etc.
As with any position in a small business with a tight-knit team, you will be wearing many hats. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, with high work ethics and the ambition to grow and learn over time.
Salary: $18-20 per hour, 8-10 hours per week, commencing immediately. Hours are extremely flexible, and we are happy to accommodate parents with sporadic work hours -- we have young kids too!
